David Kafko is a lifelong resident and active community member of
Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. Born and raised in the Downtown, Brooklyn
David knows each of its neighborhoods like the back of his own hand.
In addition, he has extensive understanding of the Manhattan rental
market as well as the sales markets in all five boroughs (including the
Hamptons). David has become a specialist in the sale of mutli-family,
single family, condo and co-op properties. David knows each
transaction is unique and treats each listing as if he is the owner
(representing both seller and/or buyer).
David earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Brooklyn College, where he
studied Marketing and Business Administration. David then went onto
receive his New York State real estate license and eventually his
broker’s license.
Before becoming an elite member of Skyline Group Real Estate,
David formerly worked as an executive assistant and as a
salesperson at Douglas Elliman, bringing his insight and experience
to Skyline Group, believing that the core of this business lies in
immaculate customer service and satisfaction.
